Council of Catholic Women CCW

Description – Our organization follows the mission of the National CCW which is to support, empower and educate all Catholic women in spirituality, leadership and service. Our programs respond with Gospel values to the needs of the Church and society in the modern world. St. Mary’s CCW has monthly committees who help with events in church such as Christmas parties, religion programs, volunteering at Catholic Charities. We also organize events for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Right to Life Sunday. Our CCW also purchases items for the altar such as hosts and candles.

Parish Families in Faith (religious education)

Description – Families in Faith. This program is for everyone in the parish from K-Adult and yes even if you don’t have school aged children you can still participate. This program is designed to help us come together as a parish family and help us to grow closer to God and to each other. This program will achieve this goal through having breakfast, doing a craft centered on the lesson of the day, and spending class time together.
